Radar access rights
- BOOKKEEPING_READ

- ECMWF_READ
- Gives access to the ECMWF weather data until and including September 30th 2009.
- ECMWF_RNLAF_READ
- Gives access to the ECMWF weather data from and including October 1st 2009.
