Granting users to get access to birds or devices

By default, users have no access to any of the birds' or devices' data. The administration of the user interface has no way of granting access to one user to specific birds or devices, so this must be edited in the database manually.
Each row of database table "gps.uva_access_device" contains the fields "user_name" and "device_serial", giving one user access to one device. If a user must get access to another device, add a row containing the login name of the user and the device serial number.
Similarily, each row of database table "gps.uva_access_individual" gives access to one user to the data for one bird (individual).
